From physical benefits, to mental and emotional health benefits, to setting an active example for our kids and grandkids, middle age guys and gals need to spend less time on the couch and more time out there crushing it.
It doesn’t matter what you’re into: 5k’s or marathons, MMA or tai chi, Crossfit or yoga, trail running, mountain biking, rock climbing, 100 mile craziness, calf roping, ballet, tennis, walking, or whatever.
Just be into SOMETHING! And CRUSH it.

Hi – My name is Scott Mills and I started Mid-Age Maniacs in the fall of 2015 because I was experiencing a little rennaisance of my own after accepting a few race challenges (a triathlon and a 25k).
Admittedly, I’m a little late to this particular party, but I’m here nonetheless. And showing up is what this is all about.
We need all types: folks that have been killing it for decades, as well as the one who hasn’t done anything physical since junior high gym class.
